Our Story
Premier Pro Wash & Seal was founded in 2016 by Jeremy and Tiffany Forrest, two U.S. Air Force veterans who believed homeowners deserved a more professional, dependable approach to exterior cleaning and paver restoration. Before opening the company, they invested in hands-on industry training, including specialized hard-surface restoration and sealing training in California in 2015. What began as a husband-and-wife operation has since grown into a multi-team Tampa Bay company with more than 10,000 completed exterior cleaning projects.
No one grows up and says, ‘I want to be a pressure washer.’
Premier Pro Wash & Seal wasn’t part of a lifelong plan. As Jeremy approached retirement after 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, he and Tiffany began looking for an opportunity to build something of their own. With backgrounds in the military and medical field, they were accustomed to environments where preparation, attention to detail, communication and accountability mattered. Those same principles became part of the foundation of Premier from the beginning.
What initially started as an idea for a part-time business quickly became something more. After investing in professional training and gaining hands-on experience, Jeremy and Tiffany discovered a growing need throughout Tampa Bay for dependable exterior cleaning and knowledgeable paver restoration. As the demand grew, so did Premier.
From a Part-Time Idea to a Growing Tampa Bay Company
What began with Jeremy and Tiffany working together has grown into a full-time, multi-team exterior cleaning and paver restoration company serving communities throughout Tampa Bay. The trucks, equipment and team may look different today, but the expectations haven’t changed: show up prepared, communicate honestly, respect the customer’s property and deliver work the team can stand behind.Your Home Should Make You Proud

Tiffany Forrest: From Air Force Nurse to Business Owner
Tiffany Forrest is co-founder and majority owner of Premier Pro Wash & Seal. Before building Premier, Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, became a registered nurse and served more than four years on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Air Force Nurse Corps. Her nursing and military backgrounds taught her to assess situations carefully, follow established processes, communicate clearly and take responsibility for the outcome.
Those skills may seem far removed from exterior cleaning, but Tiffany sees a direct connection. The attention to detail, checklists and accountability that are essential when caring for people also influence how Premier approaches caring for a customer’s property. From employee training and customer communication to quality control and company systems, those principles continue to shape how Premier operates today.
We wanted to beautify our community. And we wanted to do it right.
