This video shows the first coat (“flood coat”) application during a driveway paver sealing project in the Starling Oaks community of Riverview, Florida.
Before sealing, the pavers were pressure washed and re-sanded to properly prepare the surface. The flood coat is designed to saturate the pavers and joint sand, allowing the sealer to penetrate deeply and create a strong foundational layer of protection. This process helps extend the life of the pavers while enhancing color and resistance to Florida’s harsh weather conditions.
