In situations like this, a standard cleaning and reseal is not enough. The old sealer must first be properly removed to ensure the new sealer bonds correctly and performs as intended.
For this project, we:
• Chemically stripped the existing failed sealer
• Removed residue through a thorough cleaning process
• Pressure washed the pavers to remove dirt, mold, and buildup
• Restored the joint sand to proper levels
• Applied multiple coats of a premium water-based sealer designed for Florida conditions
