In this video, Premier Pro Wash & Seal restores a pool deck in the Triple Creek neighborhood of Riverview, Florida. Years of dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and organic buildup had accumulated throughout the paver surface and joints, making the area more difficult to maintain and reducing its overall appearance.
Our restoration process began with professional cleaning to remove contaminants from the pavers and joint spaces. Once cleaned, we carefully installed new joint sand to approximately 1/4"–1/8" below the chamfer edge, following ICPI industry guidelines designed to promote proper paver performance and stability.
The final step was applying multiple coats of premium water-based paver sealer. We use breathable sealers that are designed for Florida's climate and help avoid common issues such as yellowing, moisture entrapment, and delamination.
One of the biggest benefits of paver sealing is that future maintenance becomes much easier. While no sealer completely prevents mold, mildew, dirt, or weeds forever, a properly sealed surface helps slow their return and makes cleaning significantly easier when maintenance is needed.
