Concrete Pressure Washing in Apollo Beach, FL

Our paver pool deck In Apollo Beach had moderate algae, and dirt. Called Premier for an estimate among a couple others. Threw out the high and low bid and went in the middle. They arrived on time and did the cleaning and wet sanding on day one. Came back the next day to finish sand and seal. We discussed sheen options and ended up with what we wanted. I did not have high expectations but, was pleasantly surprised with the finished product. Communication wth the office was flawless, both text and email. Very easy to work with. Would definitely use them again.

We called to have our driveway, sidewalks, porch and street gutters cleaned. They had a quick turn around time and very accommodating to our schedule! Im very impressed with how clean our driveway turned out. We had a few years of nasty organic growth build up, dirt and dust. We most definitely will use them again! We always love to support local small businesses!

I got the pavers on my driveway sealed by Premier. The driveway had been sealed over 5 years ago and some areas had trapped moisture. If you have had your pavers previously sealed, I recommend you ask for full stripping and avoid some cloudy or white areas. I didn’t get a clear understanding of this potential issue and even getting the most expensive package, there are some areas with a different color. I should have been shown pictures of this potential result to ensure I made a more informed decision.

We've used Premier Pro Wash and Seal twice now over the past few years, and they always exceed our expectations. The team was professional, super communicative, on time, and very detail-oriented. Our driveway and pool pavers look brand new after the cleaning and sealing. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality work and great customer service!
