There’s a joke we like to tell that no one grows up dreaming of becoming a pressure washer.
After careers serving in the U.S. Air Force, Jeremy retired after 20 years of service, and Tiffany served as a registered nurse and Air Force Nurse Corps officer; together, we took an unexpected leap into entrepreneurship.
We saw an opportunity to build something with our own hands, something we could be proud of and a company that reflected the values we carried with us from the military. So in 2016, we started Premier Pro Wash & Seal.
A decade later, the Tampa Bay Times has named Premier Pro Wash & Seal a 2026 Best of the Best Gold winner in two categories: Paver Sealing and Cleaning Services.
But what makes this year especially meaningful?
Tampa Bay voted us Gold in both of those same categories in 2025, too.
That means Premier Pro Wash & Seal has now earned back-to-back Gold recognition for both Paver Sealing and Cleaning Services in 2025 and 2026.
We’re incredibly proud of that accomplishment, but even more grateful for the people who made it possible.
This One Is Different
There are a lot of awards out there, and we don’t take any of them for granted. The Tampa Bay Times Best of the Best holds a special place for us because it is a People’s Choice program determined through public voting.
These aren’t awards decided by an anonymous committee or a pay-to-play list. Real homeowners across Tampa Bay cast their votes based on their experience with us.
And they did it two years in a row.
For a small, family-owned company that started in 2016 and has spent the past decade building its reputation one customer and one property at a time, that kind of recognition means more than we can adequately put into words.
As Tiffany, co-owner of Premier Pro Wash & Seal, put it:
“Cracking the top three for paver sealing three years ago lit a fire under us. Now, two years running, Tampa Bay has voted us gold in both categories, and I’m so proud of our team for it. Thank you to every homeowner who trusted us, voted for us, and told a neighbor about us. We don’t take that for granted, and we’re just getting started.”
What We’ve Built Together
When we left military service and launched Premier Pro Wash & Seal, we brought that same mindset with us: do what you say you’re going to do, don’t cut corners, and take care of people.
From the beginning, we invested in professional education and training, researched our equipment and products, became fully licensed and insured, and continued expanding our knowledge as the company grew. We are also members of the United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners.
Then came the part no certification can replace: experience.
Over the past decade, Premier Pro Wash & Seal has completed more than 10,000 exterior cleaning projects throughout Tampa Bay, including more than 4,200 paver sealing projects.
And one number remains especially meaningful to us: our customer reviews.
973 five-star Google reviews have come from customers throughout the communities we serve, people who trusted us with their homes and then took the time to share their experience afterward.
Those relationships are what these awards are built on.
What “Best” Looks Like on the Job
Winning Best Paver Sealing means a great deal to us because paver restoration has become one of the specialties Premier Pro Wash & Seal is best known for throughout Tampa Bay.
And professional paver sealing involves much more than simply applying sealer.
Proper preparation matters. Cleaning matters. Treating stains or efflorescence when necessary matters. Restoring joint sand matters. Moisture conditions matter. And choosing the appropriate sealer and application process for the surface matters.
After completing more than 4,200 paver sealing projects, we’ve seen firsthand how much those details can affect the finished result.
Winning Best Cleaning Services recognizes another major part of what our team does every day, from house washing and driveway pressure washing to pool deck and lanai cleaning, exterior cleaning and rust stain removal.
It’s the moment when a homeowner walks outside after we’re finished and says, “Wow.”
After ten years, that reaction still never gets old.
And the 2026 Best of the Best awards aren’t the only recognition we have been humbled to receive this year. Premier Pro Wash & Seal was also named a 2026 Best of Florida winner in the Exterior Cleaning category, another honor that makes this milestone year especially meaningful for us.
A Thank You That Actually Means Something
To everyone who voted for us, left a review, recommended Premier Pro Wash & Seal to a neighbor, shared one of our posts, called us back for another project, or simply gave our small business an opportunity when you didn’t know us yet:
Thank you.
These awards may bear our company name, but they represent 10 years of work by our entire team and the trust of thousands of Tampa Bay homeowners who have allowed us onto their properties.
Winning Gold once was something we’ll always be proud of.
Having Tampa Bay vote Premier Pro Wash & Seal Gold in both Paver Sealing and Cleaning Services two years in a row is something we don’t take for granted.
It raises the standard we expect from ourselves.
