How to apply the first coat of sealer.

[0:00] all right so Eli here is already started spraying you can see just one nice smooth spray this is the first coat so you want to get that a little heavier coat then on the second or third coat because we're trying to get that first coat get that sealer in the joints so that it can properly lock up the sand so you can see the copings

[0:31] already done so that's why the coping is not getting sprayed but you got Eddie here he's just allowing Eli keep the hose out of the way so this goes a little bit faster John's over there touching up but he's also got the water bucket so when Eli is getting ready to spray near the screen John will be coming right behind him with a pump up of water so a pump up

[1:07] water so we'll be spraying the walls with water and all the surrounding area when Eli is getting ready to spray this area that way it just makes it a lot easier if we spray these walls and everything first and then some over spray sealer gets onto it which it will happen you just simply come right behind it get it with the rag or with the pump up of water again and that's all you'll need so you see this first coats going on

[1:43] it's a white spray when it first comes out it's kind of a tracer so that you know where you sprayed again you're not soaking soaking the pavers but your that first coat you're putting on just enough so that it allows it to get in between the joints and get in that sand level so that we can sock completely soak the sand so it gets nice and hard afterwards
