Premier Pro Wash & Seal recommends using a softwash approach when cleaning homes. In this video, we are softwashing a home in Apollo Beach, Fl. We apply our soaps from the bottom to the top and then rinse from top to bottom to give a better overall clean. [0:00] so we're going to take a short little clip and show you how to properly apply soap when we're doing the house wash this has very minimal pressure in fact John if he wanted to could stick his hand in front of the in front of the water it's probably only about 150 psi very low pressure therefore we're not tearing up any screens windows or anything like that but he's already done this side over here it's beginning its cleaning process this
[0:34] was really green and a lot of dirt buildup that'll start melting away slowly as it sits there but when you apply John's going to show you anytime you apply your mix you always want to go bottom to top when you're fine never want to go top to bottom because you don't get as even and throw the fling and anytime he's around the sensitive item
[1:04] John go ahead and show them how we can fan it out if you buy something really go ahead a little bit more you can see very low pressure not going to do any harm to these screens or windows and again you want to apply bottom the top and then we'll rinse top the bottom so John will use that fan pattern once he's done with this area you'll kind of straighten that fan pattern out and then
[1:35] he'll move to a more concentrated spray but you can see we're going to let this mix it on here again fold up five to seven minutes and then I'll come right behind shortly and begin rinsing and most of this will be gone we may have to apply a second or third second or third coat in just a few areas not the whole thing she may have to just do a little bit of touching up but this
[2:06] was the first area some of the grain is already starting to melt away but it hasn't set long enough to completely go away yet so that's how we apply the soap always bottom to top and then rinse talk to bottom
