This video shows us performing one extra step to ensure we penetrate the sand enough with sealer that it locks it into place. Our sealer locks the sand in like a rock to minimize sand wash out and weeds from poking through. Where the coping meets the pavers is always an area that needs a little extra attention with sand and sealer

[0:01] alright in this video Eli's just gonna show you where the coping meets the pavers a lot of times that's where it'll take a lot of sand so you'll see Eli Scott a he's just hitting these main areas he's just gonna go right along that path and see how he's got the wand tilted it's not really in a spray pattern it's just more of a direct spray right in between where the pavers meet the coping again that's because that's

[0:31] usually one of the heavy hit it the heaviest hitted areas of sand is right there that's needed so that's why we're just giving that up a little bit of extra attention and love so we can make sure there's enough sealer that gets in there and really locks that into place and we'll do that for any area sometimes you'll see you'll notice and some of these pavers not this particular set of pavers but these joints will be really really wide in areas but tight in most other areas so what we do is the same

[1:02] thing we would just find those areas that the joints were really really wide again this isn't a good example because all of these are pretty tight but we would do that same thing just soak those areas really good so we make sure that we get enough sealer in there to harden up to harden up the sand
