Premier Pro Wash & Seal spends time prepping the home before ever washing it. Doing the little things like taping off and getting the hoses and guns in place is very important. Also, identifying any troubled areas such as broken glass, holes in the wall, sensitive landscaping, electronics, etc is important.

[0:00] all right in this video we're going to go over the house washing prep and how we get that prepared so we're going to take you around when we're doing a house it doesn't matter if it's a one person or a two person team you wanted to buy the house up into two sections and so what John's already done is he's already hooked up the water the water is the first thing you hook up every single time no matter what

[0:37] as you can see John's already laid out the hose to the bar we had a few hoses here and again John Doherty I'm out to the farthest point which is exactly what you want to do on this case man is going to be soaping and the other man is going to be right behind rinsing for two person you can also do it

[1:07] another way you could have one person doing one half of the house while the other person does the other half in this circumstance it's going to be more efficient and more effective if we do it this way just because it's going to take a little bit more soap and mix to get this clean so we're going to approach it one person is going to be soaping about 5 7 minutes later the other person is going to be coming right behind with the 8 gallon a minute machine rinsing when you're doing these if you will by yourself what you want to

[1:39] do is you again you just want to split the house in half so you always start at the back corner and then you work your way around to the side so if you were by yourself until you get the edge or to the side all the way to the edge you finished

[2:10] soaping all this down now you're ready to come right back behind and rinse so it makes it a lot of a lot more efficient if you by yourself to do it this way again start at the back corner soap it all down all the way to this side and then by the time you get to this side back over there the mix has dwelled long enough that you're ready to rinse so you come right back around and you would begin the rinsing process and then you would repeat that if necessary sometimes it's going to take two or three applications it's not always going

[2:42] to come off the first time once you get this half of the house ready then you do the opposite you come around to this side you start at this corner and then you'd

[3:12] work your way all the way to the other side of this one once you get soaked to the front of the house then that will allow most of the time it long enough that you can go back and immediately start rinsing ideally you want that mix to sit on there about five seven minutes if it goes away instantly a lot of times that tells you your mix is just a little bit too strong and if it's over seven minutes you can kind of spruce it up a little bit make it a little bit shorter so your father

[3:43] submit seven minute window is is the perfect dwell time one thing I'd like to end with is you also always want to try to finish at the front of the house so that's why we weren't at the back to the side and the other side to the front so that we when we finish at the front of the house the hoses are already out here by the trailer in the truck it just makes rolling up the hoses and get cleaned up so much faster and more efficient however there's always an

[4:14] exception to the rules sometimes you might be doing a driveway or they haven't finished moving the furniture in the back or there's always an exception to rule but ideally that's how you want to start you want to start on the back do that side to the other side and then finish up in the front that way you can clean up so much easier as you see this is going to take a little scrubbing we've got some dirt daubers we're gonna have to scrub out but we've already gone through here and started

[4:47] taping off our outlets or doorbells any other sensitive areas so that's prepping for a house wash and thanks for watching
