Controlling your sealer after it has been sprayed is very important. It is never advised to leave puddled sealer behind or it will crystallize. We like to use a broom or blower to control the sealer. A back roller can be used too but we prefer a broom or blower set a low as our first choice

[0:00] all right so we got our first coat down we're about to put our second coat down this homeowner paid for two coats of sealer so you can see it's already starting to change these these pavers to a much darker cleaner look but we got a little bit of excess sealer in these areas you never ever ever want to leave behind sealer stuck like this in between the joints or on top of pavers because what will happen is this will actually

[0:32] crystallize and it'll stay like that now as you can see 90% that white sealer has soaked into the pavers and just turning nice and clear but here it's puddled up again we still got to put our second coat on but let's say that this was already a second coat or even in between you just want to get a broom and just try to sweep this out get it out if we

[1:03] have to we could get a blower it's not our major concern right now because again we got to put our second coat on but after we put our second coat on we're gonna let it work through any excess sealer into the pavers by just doing what Eddie's doing just with a broom you can even use a back roller anything to kind of work that sealer into the joints or onto the pavers that's all you got to do but again never ever want to leave that like that because again that'll crystallize so

[1:34] that's one of the things we're we're looking at before we ever leave a customer's property is making sure we're not leaving it like that
