Sealing a natural stone such as travertine or marble takes a different approach than just regular pavers. It is important that you seal with a high grade sealer and use a professional with experience sealing this type of stone. For this particular situation, we used a water based sealer that was not form filming on top. Instead, the sealer bonds within the stone causing no extra slipping hazard and no need for a grit feel
